CAL-EDGE-8 (click to learn more) is a highly sophisticated and affordable remote data logger with 4G LTE communication for compressed air systems, designed for experts and
auditors. Device connects directly to CALMS web application which provides real time access to data from any web browser for any end user and their service partner. It can be configured for majority of compressors and sensors on the market.

How it's used: 

Sensors installed throughout the factory are connected in a daisy chain configuration via MODBUS RS485 or via up to 8 analog inputs - 4…20mA to the CAL-EDGE-8 device. The CAL-EDGE-8 collects data from all connected sensors and transmits it to the CALMS cloud. From there, the data is forwarded to the CALMS platform, where it is visualized and analyzed. This enables detailed monitoring and analysis of your compressed air system.
